MagniSort? Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過陽性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD14+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。也可用于去除 CD14+ 細(xì)胞。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗人 CD14 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠與人外周血單核細(xì)胞配合使用。CD14+ 細(xì)胞會(huì)與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁場中，CD14- 細(xì)胞可通過傾析從 CD14+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來。

進(jìn)行去除后，可利用抗人 CD4 抗體（克隆號 RPA-T4）和抗人 CD14 抗體（克隆號 61D3）染色來驗(yàn)證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
