產(chǎn)品簡介
MagniSort? Mouse CD3 Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過陽性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD3+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD3 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從小鼠脾臟或者淋巴結(jié)中分離 CD3+ 細(xì)胞。CD3+ 細(xì)胞會(huì)與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁力架中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過傾析從 CD3+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來。
陽性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD3e 抗體（克隆號 145-2C11）染色來驗(yàn)證選定細(xì)胞的純度。
