MagniSort? 人 NK 細(xì)胞富集試劑盒集設(shè)計(jì)用于通過(guò)陰性選擇對(duì) NK 細(xì)胞進(jìn)行磁性分離。它已經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從正常人外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離人 NK 細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞（包括 NKT 細(xì)胞）被抗體結(jié)合，然后被磁珠結(jié)合，當(dāng)置于磁場(chǎng)中時(shí)，磁珠可使 NK 細(xì)胞保持未接觸狀態(tài)并在溶液中游離。
